Since there is covid and this is jewelry/accessories/material things... It's non refundable and non exchangeable. I will correct whatever issue there is with the product in a timely fashion just like a store would. I aim to please

Please make sure your purchase is within 60 days for free repair. All jewelry will have normal wear effects. You are subjected to be charged a repair fee, if applicable, after 60 days.

All these things are mostly nickel free and silver tone. The gold is NOT real. We do specialize in silver and copper tone.

shipping is usually between $7-$10 depending on package size.

This is a legitimate state licensed business. My store will be available in person soon so I can be more hands on with you all. Also processing time is usually 5-10 days. Please be patient
